Clary Sage is an essential oil derived from a flowering plant. It is a uterotonic, which means that it can assist in contracting the uterus. Many mamas use clary sage as a natural method to induce labour and to improve the effectiveness of their contractions. Clary sage also assists many mamas to relax during labour, as it calms the nervous system and can act as a form of pain relief.

Simply apply this roller to your acupressure points and your belly, wrists, and soles of feet during labour or from 40 weeks as a form of natural induction.
