Refunds & Returns
Mama, we know your life is busy, which is why we have made our returns and refunds policy as simple as possible for you.
First things first. Due to sanitary reasons, we are unable to offer a refund or return on any of our items because you have changed your mind. So, please choose carefully and take the time to read the descriptions of our products before you make your purchase.
While we do our best to ensure that your order is coming to you in tip-top shape, we also know that life happens. If you receive your order and an item is faulty or defective, please let us know within seven (7) days of your order arriving by emailing us at email@example.com with a photo of the faulty/defective item. If your product is faulty or defective, we will offer you a replacement or full refund.
If you receive an incorrect item or order, please email us a photo of what you received within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you simple instructions on how and where to return back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We are unable to accept any returns on gift cards, so please choose carefully.
