What Are Cookies?

We want to make your browsing experience as smooth as possible, Mama. To do that, we use a number of different cookies (no, not the lactation kind) on our site. These include functional, performance, advertising, and social media or content cookies.

A cookie is a small amount of information that’s downloaded to your computer or device when you visit our website. Cookies make your browsing experience better by allowing the website to remember your actions and preferences (such as login and region selection). This means you don’t have to re-enter this information each time you return to the site or browse from one page to another. Cookies also provide information on how people use the website, for instance whether it’s their first time visiting or if they are a frequent visitor.

You can control and manage cookies in various ways, including in your browser settings. Please keep in mind that removing or blocking cookies can negatively impact your user experience and parts of our website may no longer be fully accessible.

What is the Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel)?

The Meta Pixel is a data-gathering tool we use that allows us to test, track, refine and target our ads to ensure our beautiful products are being seen by as many mamas as possible.

It reports on the actions people take after viewing our ads on Facebook and Instagram. The Meta pixels are coding that we add to our website that tracks conversions from the ads we are running on Facebook. They also allow us to optimise our ads, build targeted audiences for future ads, and remarket to people who have already taken some kind of action on our website.

No personal information is contained in or collected as a result of using these cookies or pixels.

Facebook allows you to adjust how ads on Facebook are shown to you based on your activity on ours (and others’) websites.

Minors

Our website is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the address below to request deletion.

Information Security

We take reasonable steps to protect all information which we hold (including your personal information). We also take reasonable steps to hold information securely in electronic or physical form.

Access To Your Information

You may request access at any time to personal information we hold about you by emailing us. We will deal with all requests for access to personal information as quickly as possible, but may charge you a fee where access is provided.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy at any time. Sometimes it will be necessary for us to update our Policy and we will do this by uploading any changes to this page. You should check our Privacy Policy on this page from time to time to ensure that you are up to date with any changes.
